Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Bunki LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use arronjohnson.com and any related pages we operate (collectively, the "Site").
We’ve tried to write this in plain language. If anything is unclear, email arron@arronjohnson.com and we’ll explain.
Who we are
The Site is operated by Bunki LLC, founded by Arron Johnson — author of Hairless But Fearless and Bald in The Boardroom, NAAF advocate, coach, and keynote speaker. The Site exists to share his work and let people get in touch.
What we collect
The Site is mostly informational. We only collect personal information when you choose to give it to us:
- Your email address, if you submit it through the podcast "notify me" form to be told when the show launches.
- Anything you send us by email when you contact us directly.
- Basic technical information sent automatically by your browser, such as your IP address, browser type, and timestamps. This is handled by our hosting provider (see "Service providers" below) and is not used for advertising or profiling.
We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics cookies, or social-media pixels on this Site.
How we use it
- To email you when the podcast launches, if you asked to be notified.
- To send you occasional emails from Bunki LLC about the podcast, books, coaching, or upcoming offerings. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To respond to messages you send us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Service providers
We use a small set of trusted vendors to deliver the Site. Each one only receives the information needed to do its job.
- Vercel — website hosting. See Vercel’s Privacy Policy.
- Make (Integromat) — receives "notify me" form submissions and routes them to our email and CRM systems when configured. See Make’s Privacy Notice.
- Email and CRM — the service we use to send launch and follow-up emails. We will identify the specific provider here as soon as it is connected.
How long we keep your information
We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can email arron@arronjohnson.com to request a copy of the information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, ask us to delete it, or unsubscribe from our emails. Every email also includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
If you are a resident of California, the EEA, or the UK, you have additional rights under applicable laws — including the right to object to certain processing and to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. We honor those rights regardless of where you are located.
Children
The Site is intended for adults. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we’ll delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you provide. No system is perfectly secure, however, so we encourage you to share only what you’re comfortable sharing in any online form.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we’ll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify subscribers by email.
