We want you to feel good about your order. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — here’s exactly how.

30-day satisfaction guarantee

We stand behind Hairless But Fearless. If the paperback isn’t right for you, email us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of your purchase, including shipping. Each book is printed to order, so there’s no need to mail it back — keep it, pass it to a friend, or donate it. There are no restocking fees.

Damaged or misprinted books

If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a production defect, email a photo of the issue within 30 days of delivery and we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No return shipping required.

Digital products (ebooks)

Ebooks are delivered instantly by email, so all ebook purchases are final and non-refundable once the download has been sent. If you have trouble receiving or opening your file, contact us and we’ll make sure you get it.

How to request a refund or replacement

Email arron@arronjohnson.com with:

Your order number (in your order confirmation email)
The email address you used at checkout
For a damaged book, a photo of the issue

We typically reply within 1–2 business days. You can also check your order status anytime at arronjohnson.com/track.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
